Our company was founded in 2004 when Nicole Renae Rau began to pursue a vision of all investors, large and small, local and international, enjoying the benefit of one company to assist them throughout the entire investment timeline. In this manner, Rauco can be your personal investment assistant. We help all our clients by overseeing the purchase, operation, leasing, advertisement, and final sale of their property. We work with owners throughout their investment hold time to aid in all property management & vacancy woes, discuss investment opportunities, and propose purchase and sale options. We also provide the same excellent service to our clients who are buying or selling their personal property. Let's be clear: all property purchases are an investment for the new owner.
